What makes us different
Most virtual offices rent their space. We bought ours.
When a building owner ends the lease, every client of that virtual office has to change their registered address. For a limited company in the KRS register that means a notary, a court fee and weeks of waiting.
With us this cannot happen, because there is no landlord above us. If you live abroad, your company address is your only fixed point in Poland. It should be the one thing you never have to worry about.

Setting up a company in Poland without an address here?
The hardest part is not legal, it is practical: you need a permanent address where someone signs for official letters and explains what they say. That is exactly what we do.
No restrictions
Citizens of the EU, EEA or Switzerland
You can open a sole proprietorship (JDG, registered in CEIDG) on the same terms as a Polish citizen, and any type of company. You do not need a permit or residence. For registration you will need an identification number: a PESEL or a Polish NIP.
Depends on your residence status
Citizens of countries outside the EU
You can open a sole proprietorship if you have the right residence status, for example permanent residence, EU long-term resident status, the Karta Polaka, refugee status or temporary protection.
If you do not, there is the limited liability company (sp. z o.o.). Any foreigner can set one up in Poland, whatever their residence or citizenship. This is the most common route.
What to prepare
Less than you think. You do not need a PESEL number or a registered stay in Poland.
- ID document: passport, or ID card if you are an EU citizen (series, number and issuing country).
- Date and country of birth: they replace the PESEL if you do not have one.
- Home address: it can be abroad.
- Details of the beneficial owner: the person who really controls the company. This is required by law, see below.
- Electronic signature (Polish trusted profile or an EU qualified signature) if the company is registered online in the S24 system. Without it, the company is set up at a notary.
Why we ask for your ID
In Poland a virtual office is an obligated institution under the anti-money laundering act. We are required by law to identify the beneficial owner of every company that uses our address.
This is not distrust of foreigners: we ask Polish citizens for the same data. We ask for it only when preparing the contract, never in the first form.
Which language we use
We speak Polish, English and Ukrainian. The contract is in Polish, which is a formal requirement, but we go through it with you point by point before you sign anything.

What foreigners ask us most often
Do I have to live in Poland to set up a company here?
No. A limited company (sp. z o.o.) can be set up by a person living abroad, without residence in Poland and without a PESEL number. For a sole proprietorship the requirements depend on your citizenship and residence status.
Do I need a PESEL number?
No. Instead of a PESEL you give your date of birth, country of birth and the series and number of your ID document.
Do I need a Polish bank account?
Not for the registration itself. To run the company, in practice yes: the tax office and ZUS expect payments from a bank account, and a company's account must be reported on the VAT white list. We will suggest a bank that serves foreigners without unnecessary formalities.
Can I register my company's seat (registered office) at your address?
Yes. You enter ul. Marii Konopnickiej 11/1 in the KRS register as your company's registered office, and you receive our consent to register it when you sign the contract. We collect the company's mail, including letters from the registry court, and call you when a letter has a deadline.
Who collects my mail when I am not in Poland?
We do. We collect everything, including registered letters from the court and the tax office. In package 3 we scan them the same day and let you know by e-mail. When a letter has a deadline, we call you.
How much does it cost in total?
The address and mail handling start at 99 PLN net a month; the full price list is public and the same for everyone. On top of that there are official fees for registering a company (350 PLN in the S24 system) and, if you need it, accounting, which you settle directly with the accountant.
How long is the contract?
The contract is for 6 months with a 3-month notice period. For a company in the KRS register this is an advantage: for that time you can be sure your registered address will not change.
How quickly will I get the address?
Usually from the next business day after signing the contract. You pay when you sign: in cash, by BLIK or by bank transfer.
